Mouad Tehraoui's story

Hospitality has always been my first choice. After acquiring my highschool degree, I applied to hospitality college as I was always interested in the field.

After getting my degree, I applied to a training in bbis hotel, where I learned almost every skill and executed a lot of tasks especially those related to storekeeping and inventory control. Later on I joined Mercure Scheherazade hotel  as a hotel controller where I learned more skills and improved even further in my role. Currently I am working for ibis Marrakech Centre Gare, and I love to deliver my responsibilities with care and dedication.

Working for the hospitality industry allows me to interact with different people from all over the world, and I always try to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend Accor to anyone looking for a supportive work environment, growth opportunities and being part of a team that values excellence.

For me, being a Heartist® means doing my job with passion and dedication, trying to give the best experience to our guests and making sure they leave happy and satisfied with our services.

One of the proudest moments in my career was when I helped improve the inventory system. I made sure everything was well-organized, which helped the hotel run more smoothly and made the team’s job easier.

I would advise new starters to stay positive, and to reach out to their colleagues when they need help as that’s why Heartists® are here for. Take every opportunity to learn, it’s key to success.
