My story began a long time ago in a wonderful establishment that implemented projects in environmental protection. Contact with people, logistics, organisation and communication with beneficiaries, embassies, local and central governments, and other partners, were among my many tasks.

That dynamic environment and interacting with the human race made me go into hospitality – if with a fear of sailing in unknown waters because I had no experience in the sector. But I decided to try my luck and for my first job, I had the great fortune and honour to work for Accor. I had a wonderful team, led by an excellent manager, and they gave me the chance to learn everything from the beginning and to discover the magic of being a professional receptionist.

Accor is a world leading hospitality group and I love being a part of this vibrant world filled with innovation and emotion; the way we connect with people and most important, that they are at the heart of everything we do, while at the same time, taking care of the environment is one of our primary missions.

My job has been marked by many memorable moments, meeting and working with the best team. One event I will always remember is the “Mercure baby”, who was born to a family who are our regular guests. The baby was born at a hospital and the family returned to our hotel immediately after, making us feel as their extended family, welcoming the baby ‘back home’ for the first time.

My proudest moments are all the positive feedback, every smile and every new memory we create with our valued guests.
